What is included in my service?
The service cards list the core tasks. Add any special requests in your quote. We confirm the checklist and final price with you before you book. Hazardous materials, mold remediation and specialist restoration are outside the standard scope.
Can I book a regular cleaning?
Yes, you can request weekly, every-two-week or monthly visits. Frequency, availability and pricing are agreed directly before service.
What do you need for mobile detailing?
Tell us where the vehicle will be parked. We’ll confirm safe access, property permission, and any water or electricity requirements before the visit. Weather may require rescheduling.
How do payments work?
After we agree on your quote and time, pay a $25 deposit through Cash App toward your total. We verify it and confirm the appointment. Pay the remaining balance after service. Always verify Alamo Shine / $alamoshine before paying. The website does not automatically verify payments.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Call or text (210) 944-5826 or email us to cancel or reschedule. Cancel any time before work begins for a full refund of your $25 deposit. Once work begins, you may ask us to stop; completed work is charged under the agreed quote. If we cancel before starting, we refund your deposit or transfer it with your agreement.
Are my details saved here?
The website does not store your form in browser storage. Your details are only sent when you send the message through your own email or text app. See our privacy notice for details. No advertising trackers are included.
